INSTRUCTION MANUAL

        The EXO MOA Extreme Sight

The Revic EXO MOA Extreme sight is an open sight muzzleloader ballistics system that maximizes effective shooting distance. Similar to a rifle scope elevation turret, the EXO sight raises and lowers the peep sight aperture to allow for precise aiming over varying distances.

Peep sight apertures is 0.050 inches in diameter, and removable with included hex wrench for a larger field of view. Globe front sight insert card included for customizable sight picture. 32.5 MOA of adjustment travel.

        General Operation & Compatibility

The EXO muzzleloader sight integrates with the REVIC ecosystem, enabling you to accurately and repeatedly adjust your firing solution.

Pair with the Revic BLR10bBR10BR4, and the Revic Ops App to create a precise elevation solution for your specific muzzleloader system.

The MOA value of each elevation click is determined by your sight radius (the distance from the front globe sight reticle insert to the rear surface of the peep sight). The closer your installation matches the specified sight radius, the more precisely each click will equal its intended value.

To achieve a true 1/2 MOA per click, install the sight so the sight radius meets the following requirement:

Sight radius: 27 15/16 inches (709.61 mm), measured from the front globe sight reticle insert to the rear surface of the peep sight (closest to the shooter's eye).

If your sight radius differs from this value, the sight will still adjust reliably and repeatably, but the actual MOA value of each click will scale with the difference. A shorter radius increases the MOA per click; a longer radius decreases it.

Barrel Diameter: 22.35 mm or ~ 7/8 inches

To build an accurate ballistic profile in the Revic Ops App, measure your "scope height" (generally ~2 in.) from the centerline of the rear peep aperture to the centerline of the receiver.

        Key Torque Specifications

        A. Screw Torqued to 6 inch lbs.
        B. Front Sight Ramp Screw Torqued to 6-8 inch lbs.
        C. Screw(s) Torqued to 10 inch lbs.
        D. Rear Sight Clamp Screw, not pictured,  should be torqued to 15-18 inch lbs.

***Over Torquing any of these screws can lead to damage of the product. Precisely follow torque spec guidelines. Over torque of Screw (B) will damage the dovetail and require a replacement.

        Changing the Reticle

Contents: Includes 10 versatile crosshair, post, and aperture options on a single card.

Remove old insert: Use tweezers or small needle-nose pliers to pull out the existing insert if it does not fall out. Snap out desired insert from card: Bending the reticle back and forth will weaken the material and allow the reticle to be pulled from the card.

        • Check the orientation: Identify the horizontal alignment ears on the sides of the insert.
        • Locate the slots: Find the internal guide slots machined into the side walls inside your Front sight body.
        • Slide into place: Push the insert down vertically into the slots using tweezers.
        • Never force it: If the insert sticks, file the outer edges slightly rather than forcing it down and bending the fine wires.
        • Thread the cap: Screw the front cap back on by hand until it is snug to lock the insert firmly into place.
