Shipping

Revic, LLC ships via UPS using 2nd day service only. All orders placed by 12 pm Mountain Time are shipped that same day Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. As the product ships, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Back Orders

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Orders will be filled in the following priority: paid in full, deposit payment, backorder request only.

Orders

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed for a period of 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with your Revic, LLC product for any reason, you may return it in original working order within 30 days of original purchase for a complete refund.

Returns

Returns are made through our online customer service portal. A shipping label will be provided. We strive to serve our customers to the best of our ability.
